![]() the whole thing was very concerning and all they kept saying was call in to get any fees handled. I told them i was concerned about me checking out on time and additional fees because i was with them filing a statement to add to their report. They initially said the report was made at 8pm but then they said they were mistaken 15 minutes later saying it was made at almost 11pm. They would not provide me the details of the report they generated. They said i would need to call to get my parking fee handled when i checked out. ![]() I initially spoke to the front desk staff regarding me finding my window broken out. I have been getting the run around with the Flamingo staff and Caesars resorts corporate regarding my complaint of the parking fee since my car's window was smashed in and some personal items were taken. ![]() I wasn’t able to check out because our shuttle came one hour before regular check out time and I needed a receipt, I HASH I am very disappointed because it was my fiancé’s First ever trip to Vegas and this ignorant mess happens. The new room was cleaned but still had something splattered on the wall in the bathroom but it was livable. I refused to leave me and my fiancé’s things in that nasty room and we made the long trek back downstairs to the desk and I showed pictures and all he could say was… we’ll give you a $30 food credit! I deserved a refund on resort fees. I called the front desk and the young man told me to leave my things in that disgusting room and wait for housekeeping i refused and then was told to come all the way back down and get back in line to get reassigned another room. And the previous occupants keys were still in the room. I had to pay $136 in resort fees and then they sent me to room 5120, it was not cleaned, beers bottles and dirty towels, nasty sheets and an un made bed. They did not work and only directed us back to the only 2 reps that were checking others in. I arrived for check-in around 9pm when my plane landed, and after standing in line for 20 mins we were all directed to use the kiosk to check-in…. So, don't waste your money or your vacation dealing with this nightmare. It was the worst environment I have ever been in and the hotel was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. No flamingos in their habitat, none of their restaurants were ever open and you will have to walk through so much cigarette smoke to go anywhere that you will never get it out of your clothes and hair. Walked through several other hotels while I was there and they all had people to check you in and out. The casino is the worst and you will have to stand in line for an hour minimum to check in with a kiosk. Couldn't go to sleep until that quit at around 2 or 3 a.m. This one was nicer but was on back alley near a nightclub where they played the loudest music I have ever heard and we were on the 11th floor. Five hours later nobody showed so went back downstairs and a woman gave me another room, so much for being sold out. He then lied again and said he would send maintenance and housekeeping. Went to front desk and spoke to manager who refused to put me in another room saying they were sold out. The paint and wallpaper were peeling and toilet had hair all over it. The fridge was just sitting out on the floor and looked like it had the **** kicked out of it, carpet and walks were nasty, outlets hanging out of the wall and didn't work in bathroom at all. ![]() Got my go room which was supposed to be newly renovated. ![]() Just stayed at Flamingo and all I can say is RUN.!!!!!!!! Turn around and spend the extra few dollars to have a nice experience at another hotal because they don't care about you, won't accommodate you and will lie to your face. ![]()
